  1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AMC Success LLC platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any related documentation. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our platform or services. 

 

  1. Definitions

Agreement refers to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any related documentation governing your use of the platform. 

Platform means the official website and all services offered by AMC Success LLC. 

User / You means any individual accessing or using our platform and services. 

AMC Success LLC / We / Us / Our refers to the company providing digital study resources and exam preparation content to candidates preparing for the AMC 1 examination. 

Account means your registered profile used to access our digital products and services. 

Digital Products / Study Resources means all online study materials, practice questions, mock examinations, video content, notes, strategic learning tools, and any other digital content made available through our platform for AMC 1 exam preparation. 

Access Period means the duration of time a User is granted access to our digital products following purchase, as selected at the time of enrollment. 

 

  1. Eligibility

Our platform is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Users between the ages of 13 and 17 may access the platform only with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the applicable eligibility requirements and consent to receiving emails and relevant updates from AMC Success LLC. Our platform is primarily intended for medical graduates and candidates preparing to sit the AMC 1 (Australian Medical Council Part 1) examination. 

 

  1. Services

AMC Success LLC provides structured online study resources, practice materials, mock examinations, and strategic learning content specifically designed to assist medical candidates in preparing for the AMC 1 examination. All content is delivered exclusively in digital format through our platform. Our study resources may include but are not limited to: 

  • Structured study notes and written content covering AMC 1 examination topics 
  • Practice questions and question banks with detailed explanations 
  • Previous similar exam questions Quiz  
  • All products and services are delivered electronically upon purchase confirmation and access approval by our team. 

 

  1. No Affiliation with the Australian Medical Council

AMC Success LLC is an independent study resource provider and is in no way affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Australian Medical Council (AMC) or any other official examination body. The AMC 1 examination is administered solely by the Australian Medical Council. Any reference to the AMC 1 examination on our platform is solely for the purpose of describing the subject matter of our study resources. Candidates are solely responsible for registering for the examination, meeting all eligibility requirements, and complying with all official AMC rules and procedures directly through the Australian Medical Council. 

 

  1. Registration and Account Access

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Access to our digital products is personal, non-transferable, and strictly for non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access at any time for any misuse, breach of these Terms, or conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users. 

 

  1. Access Period

Upon successful payment, Users are granted access to the purchased study resources for the duration of the access period selected at the time of enrollment. AMC Success LLC currently offers the following access period options: 

  • 3 Months — suitable for candidates with focused, intensive preparation schedules 
  • 6 Months — suitable for candidates requiring a moderate preparation timeline 
  • 12 Months — suitable for candidates requiring an extended and comprehensive preparation period 

The access period begins on the date access is granted by AMC Success LLC. Once the selected access period expires, access to the platform and all associated digital products will be revoked automatically. AMC Success LLC is not responsible for any content not reviewed or completed by the User within their chosen access period. Extension of an access period, if available, may be offered at an additional fee at the sole discretion of AMC Success LLC. 

 

  1. Payments and Enrollment

Payments are processed through approved and secure online payment methods. Product and service fees are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice. The fee charged corresponds to the access period selected by the User at the time of enrollment. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Refund Policy as outlined in Section 9 below. 

 

  1. Refund Policy — No Refunds

All sales are final. AMC Success LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits of any kind once access to a digital product or service has been granted. 

Because all of our products are delivered in digital format and access is provided electronically, the nature of these products prevents them from being returned. By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: 

  • No refund will be issued once access to the digital product or service has been granted by AMC Success LLC, regardless of how much of the content has been accessed or used. 
  • No refund will be issued due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or failure to use the product after access has been granted. 
  • No refund will be issued for partial use or non-use of any digital product or service during the selected access period. 
  • No refund will be issued due to technical issues on the User’s end, including incompatible devices, internet connectivity problems, or software conflicts. 
  • No refund will be issued under any circumstances once the digital content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered. 
  • No refund will be issued in the event that the User fails the AMC 1 examination or does not achieve a desired score or outcome. 
  • No refund will be issued if the User’s access is terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

  1. Content Updates

AMC Success LLC periodically revises its study content and digital resources to reflect updates in the AMC 1 examination structure, medical standards, or educational best practices. Updated content is made available to all active users within their access period at no additional charge. However, we do not guarantee that content updates will occur within any specific timeframe. 

 

  1. Academic Integrity

By using our platform, you agree to uphold the highest standards of academic honesty and integrity. You must not: 

  • Share, distribute, reproduce, or publish any questions, answers, content, or materials from our platform with any other individual or on any external platform. 
  • Use our study materials to engage in any form of cheating, academic fraud, or dishonest conduct in connection with the AMC 1 examination or any other assessment. 
  • Allow any other person to access our platform using your account credentials. 
  • Impersonate another candidate or misrepresent your identity in connection with the AMC 1 examination. 

Any violation of academic integrity may result in the immediate termination of your account without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities or examination bodies where appropriate. 

 

  1. Medical Disclaimer

All content provided by AMC Success LLC is intended solely for the purpose of examination preparation for the AMC 1 exam. Our study materials are educational in nature and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, clinical training, diagnosis, or treatment. AMC Success LLC accepts no responsibility for any clinical decisions made based on content provided through our platform. Users are reminded that passing the AMC 1 examination and obtaining medical registration requires compliance with all requirements set by the Australian Medical Council and relevant medical regulatory authorities. 

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All digital products, study notes, practice questions, mock examinations, videos, graphics, written materials, and platform design are the exclusive intellectual property of AMC Success LLC and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any part of our content without prior written permission from AMC Success LLC. Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial study purposes only during your selected access period. 

 

  1. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not: 

  • Use the platform for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose. 
  • Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or copyrighted content without authorization. 
  • Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or scraping software to access or extract content from our platform. 
  • Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials to any third party. 
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit any part of the platform or its content. 

 

  1. User-Submitted Content

If you submit comments, reviews, feedback, or suggestions on our platform, you confirm that such content is respectful, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. AMC Success LLC reserves the right to remove, edit, or reject any user-submitted content at our sole discretion without prior notice. 

 

  1. No Guarantees

AMC Success LLC provides structured study resources to support your AMC 1 examination preparation. However, we do not and cannot guarantee that use of our platform will result in passing the AMC 1 examination or achieving any specific score or outcome. Examination performance depends entirely on the individual User’s effort, preparation, clinical knowledge, and circumstances beyond our control. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed and that success in the AMC 1 examination remains solely the responsibility of the candidate. 

 

  1. System Requirements

For the best experience, we recommend using a desktop or laptop computer with a stable internet connection. Some features of our platform may not function correctly on mobile devices or older browsers. We are not responsible for any degraded experience arising from unsupported devices or technical environments. 

 

  1. Regional Availability

AMC Success LLC aims to serve users globally. However, access to certain services or features may be restricted or limited in specific regions due to local laws, regulations, or technical constraints. We make no representation that all services are available in every location. 

 

  1. Data Privacy

All user data is handled with strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your personal information is collected, stored, processed, and used. 

 

  1. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party tools, websites, or services. AMC Success LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party platforms. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that party’s own terms and policies. 

 

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after access to a digital product has been granted is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. AMC Success LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate your account access and pursue all available legal remedies in the event of a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback, including recovery of costs and damages. We strongly encourage Users to contact us directly before initiating any dispute. 

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AMC Success LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, expiry of access period, or failure to pass the AMC 1 examination. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. 

 

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold AMC Success LLC harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another party. 

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. AMC Success LLC is a company registered in the USA and operates in compliance with applicable US federal and state laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Sheridan County, Wyoming. 

 

  1. Changes to These Terms

AMC Success LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to our platform. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
